Lancashire Police are appealing for information following a robbery in Skelmersdale earlier this month.

It happened around 1:45am on Friday, November 12th when the victim was preparing his work van on Willow Drive, ready for the morning after.

Whilst sat inside the driver seat, he was approached by two men wearing balaclavas, who produced what is believed to be a small handgun.

They are then believed to have run off in the direction of Kiln Lane after stealing a Rolex watch from the victim.

DC Kieran Helps from Ormskirk CID said: “If you saw what happened or know anything about this incident at all, please get in contact with us.

“Similarly, if you have been offered a Rolex watch for sale like the one pictured, please let us know.”

Information can be reported on 101 quoting incident reference 0084 of November 12th or by emailing 2534@lancashire.police.uk.

Alternatively, independent charity Crimestoppers can be reached in confidence on 0800 555111 or online at crimestoppers-uk.org.
