Jane van Zyl, Chief Executive of Working Families said:

“We’re thrilled to have had so many impressive entries to select from this year. A massive congratulations to our finalists, who come from across the board but who are all leading the way in creating supportive working cultures and showing what successful flexible working can look like.”

“It’s so encouraging that, as we emerge from the pandemic, so many employers are responding to the evidence that flexibility doesn’t just work, it can work better. Our remarkable finalists are helping to highlight the benefits of family-friendly policies and cultures for everyone. They have found solutions that work both for the employees and the business, and are reaping the rewards of a more productive, more engaged workforce.”

Denise Priest, Director of Employer and Strategic Partnerships at Bright Horizons Work+Family Solutions, said:

“We’re proud to partner with Working Families for this year’s Best Practice Awards. These awards are deeply connected to what we do as for more than 30 years we have been delivering innovative work and family solutions, helping families and employers look forward to a brighter future. It’s a fantastic platform to recognise UK employers whose stand-out cultures and practices demonstrate that they understand that all employees perform better if the organisation supports their work-life balance. Research shows that life is becoming more stressful, not less, so let’s take this opportunity to celebrate the employers who are helping to reduce some of the emotional load for their working parents.”
