The Birchwood Veterans Hub have moved to West Lancs Butches Diner as The Pulse is still in the process of setting up in their new site.

The purpose of our Birchwood Veterans hub is to facilitate veterans and serving personnel to meet up face-to-face in a relaxed, safe and social environment to enjoy breakfast and banter. This will not only allow them to feel wanted, but to also combat loneliness and allow our veterans to ‘return to the tribe’.

Our hub is run on the first Saturday of every month

10:00 – 12:00

Saturday 5th February will be our next one

At our new location, all veterans will receive a free full English breakfast with tea and/or coffee.

Also at our hub veterans can obtain information and support on the following:

  • Housing/ homelessness
  • Benefits/ Welfare
  • Employment
  • Veterans updates
  • New guidelines
  • Events and projects
  • Birchwood’s counselling services
  • Mental health/ wellbeing support
  • Help them see what’s out there
  • Likeminded people
  • Great company and a laugh
