West Lancashire College invite local employers and individuals wishing to find out more about becoming an Apprentice to their forthcoming Apprenticeship Open Event on Monday 6 February, 4.30pm-7pm.

Apprenticeships have many benefits for employers, they bring fresh thinking, improve productivity and can help to futureproof the workforce.

West Lancashire College offer Apprenticeships in: Barbering, Business Administration, Carpentry & Joinery, Electrical, Engineering, Hairdressing and Motor Vehicle, and whether you are looking to become an Apprentice, or are an Employer who wants to take on an Apprentice, their event is the perfect opportunity for you to find out more.

If you are a prospective Apprentice, you can find out more about the benefits of earning whilst you learn, the Apprenticeship opportunities available, meet current Apprentices and also apply for live job vacancies on the night.

If you are an employer, you can find out more about the college’s free vacancy matching service, Government funding and employer incentives, plus meet current Apprentices and their employers so you can find out first hand what it’s like to employ an Apprentice.
