During what is currently a very worrying and unpredictable time, Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust would like to reassure all our patients, public and staff that tried and tested, existing pandemic plans are in place and working well.
These plans include training, upskilling and redeploying staff as appropriate, as well as contingency strategies in place to adapt as the situation progresses.
Our public can be reassured that safety is our top priority. We will continue to update the public, our staff and our patients on a regular basis.
