Residents can continue to keep in touch and access many services online whilst our Customer Service Points are closed for the time being.
We are continuing to use our staff to support our essential services and you can help us to support you, by accessing non-emergency services online which are available 24 hours a day. Information about service changes is available at www.westlancs.gov.uk.
Residents who are unable to access services online can ring our Customer Services team on 01695 577177 between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We are still here to help and we would be grateful for your patience whilst we prioritise our essential services.
