If you’re looking for something to get the kids up and about this October half term, Chorley Council has put together a fun-packed programme of popular Get Up and Go activities.
From Monday 26 October to Friday 30 October, a week has been planned filled with sports and creative fun. Don’t miss out on booking your children on activities such as dance lessons, Halloween arts and crafts, outdoor exploring plus lots of different sporting sessions and games.
There’s both indoor and outdoor fun going on across Chorley, some activities are free with others at a small cost per child. You can see the full programme with dates, times and locations on the Chorley Council website by visiting chorley.gov.uk/getupandgo.
Councillor Bev Murray, who oversees activities for young people at Chorley Council, said: “We have worked very hard to put together another exciting variety of fun-filled games and activities for young people to get involved in over the October half term.”
“There is a range of outdoor and indoor sessions, with a small charge for some of the activities but a majority are completely free! If you are interested, make sure you get your children booked on as soon as possible as places get filled fast.”
