West Lancashire residents are being reminded they can give their views on the Borough Council and the services it provides through the authority’s 2019 Citizens Survey.
A number of important themes are covered in the Citizens Survey including community safety and satisfaction levels with Borough Council services. People can also give their feedback on what it is like to live in West Lancashire.
Many residents have already had their say and there is still time to take part in the survey as it is open until 8 July 2019.
A number of residents have been sent a letter inviting them to complete the survey and give their opinions so they can help influence decisions that will be taken by the Council. But everyone living in West Lancashire can take part in the survey, even if they have not received a letter inviting them to do so, by completing the survey online at www.westlancs.gov.uk/cssurvey.
Cllr Ian Moran, Leader of the Council, said: “The Citizens Survey is an important opportunity for people living in West Lancashire to give their views on the important issues raised in the Citizens Survey. We are very grateful to those who have already completed the survey and hope that many more will take this opportunity to have their say on Borough Council services.”
