Skelmersdale Police have received reports of a distraction burglary where an elderly female has been approached by a door to door salesman presenting the ID badge pictured above.
We’re highlighting the recent incident as elderly friends and family will be self isolating and may fall victim due to this; being presented with as it states, ‘goods that will be of use to you today’.
After research into the company name, this is something more common in the North East & Yorkshire areas however please be vigilant.
