CoreRFID has recruited a systems account manager to offer additional support to clients.
Catherine Jones, who joins from an electrical and engineering manufacturer, will help set-up new client accounts for the RFID software firm, provide additional support and build closer relationships with established customers.
The Lancashire-based firm is operating all services remotely in the UK and internationally, including consultancy, support and physical delivery of RFID scanners and tags. Its current projects include work for the suppliers to Nightingale hospitals and major utility companies.
Jones will work with UK and Irish clients across all sectors and report to CoreRFID’s technical director Munzi Ali.
Munzi Ali comments: “Great customer service is a key part of the delivery of our RFID solutions. But we’re always looking to improve and Catherine joining the team will help us to do that.”
