SKELMERSDALE UNITED V TRAFFORD
Skelmersdale United kick off their Pitching-In Northern Premier League season with the visit of Trafford, the game being played at Burscough’s Community Stadium.
Paul McNally has said of the opening encounter “The season starts here, last week in the Cup we played really well for the majority of the game and we will be looking to build on that success. Trafford are a well-established club at this level, they finished half way in the table last season so the game will hopefully give us an early indication were we are at”.
United will be forced to play at the Community Ground, home of Burscough FC due to difficulties at the JMO The game will kick off at 3pm, bring plenty of water as its forecast a hot one.
