POSTER Tour de Taylor Park Cycle Event - June 16 - FINAL-001 (453x640)

St Helens Council’s Traffic and Road Safety team invite residents to join them at a Summer Cycle Safety event at Taylor Park on Saturday, 18 June from 11:00am-4:00pm.

At the free event, adults and children can learn to ride bicycles with qualified, friendly and patient instructors, with adult bikes, balance bikes and helmets provided. Families are invited to take part in guided bike rides around the park.

Guided bike rides will take place from the Cycle Hub (opposite the café) at 12:00pm and 2:00pm. No need to book – just drop in. Everyone is welcome! However, children need to bring along their own bikes and helmets.

Also offered are pedal-powered disco and smoothies, and Dr Bike will be able to treat bicycles for common mechanical ailments in his surgery.

As they say, once you learn, you’ll never forget, so why not pop along and make this summer one of cycling?
