Three men due in court after drugs found following raids in Skelmersdale and Speke

Three are set to appear in court on Monday following dawn raids on an industrial unit in Liverpool, in which £14 million worth of drugs were found.

Three men were arrested in connection with the Class A drugs recoveries and charged on Saturday after being quizzed by detectives.

Stephen Andrew Kelly, 55 and of Charnock, Skelmersdale, has been charged with conspiracy to import cocaine and possession with intent to supply heroin.

Bradley Stephen Kelly, 35 and of Vernon Way in Bloxwich, Walsall, has been charged with conspiracy to import cocaine.

Polish national Grezegorz Krzyk, aged 37, has been charged with conspiracy to import cocaine.

Police raided the premises in Speke on Friday, where they found the haul of cocaine, which is thought to have a value of up to £13.9 million on the streets. As part of the same operation a haul of heroin worth £100,000 was found in Skelmersdale.
