More than £670 has been raised for Fosterfield Day Centre.
The money was raised at the centre’s annual Autumn Fair, which took place on Sunday 30 September.
Over 200 people, including staff from the day service, the local community and residents from the nearby Grove House Home for Older People, took part in the family fun day.
A raffle, tombola, sweet shop, hotdog stand, mini bingo and a stall selling plants grown by people using the service were some of the fundraising activities on the day.
Proceeds will go towards a trip to Blackpool Illuminations for people who visit the centre, and a new gazebo to improve the dementia garden.
Lora Orrell, day service officer for Fosterfield, said: “This was another great day at Fosterfield.
“It was great to see everyone come together and raise money for a very good cause.
“The people who use the service will enjoy the trip to the illuminations and the gazebo will be a welcome addition to the garden, which is used by people living with dementia.
“Thank you to everyone who came along to the fair.”
