Halloween may be over – but that doesn’t mean you can’t experience a de-frightful treat this November.

As part of the Arts Council funded Cultural Hubs ‘Arts in Libraries’ programme, Liverpool- based theatre company Petite Ullaloom will be showcasing their FREE unique interactive performances of the Fear Factor in two St Helens’ libraries on Saturday 14 November.

From the team that produced ‘Spooky Tales’ – Petite Ullaloom, a little darker than many other companies, bring you a unique, interactive performance safe from inside St Helens Central and Haydock libraries, which allows participants to explore possible ways of confronting and dealing with situations in which they feel afraid.

St Helens Council’s portfolio holder for libraries, Councillor Jeanie Bell, said: “Everybody is scared of something, from the Slender Man to exams or even something as random as jam!

“We want to know what makes you afraid! Gasp, gawp and grin as you take part in the one and only game-show, The Fear Factor, where you can discover the bad and the very good things about fear!

“So come on down – the fear Factor needs you!”

There will be a workshop session prior to the performance at St Helens Central and Haydock libraries. Haydock Library will have their workshop between 10am – 11am followed by a walk about performance at 11:15am –while St Helens Central Library will have their workshops between 1:45pm – 2:45pm, followed by the walk about performance at 3pm.

The sessions are suitable for 7-14 year olds.
