For the fifth consecutive year, Jehovah’s Witnesses will soon hold their annual convention at the Liverpool ACC, “Echo Arena”. They extend an open invitation for all to attend. The theme of this year’s programme is “Remain Loyal to Jehovah”.
Jeff Stacey, a convention spokesman, states: “We strongly believe that loyalty is a fundamental part of any healthy relationship. This year, our convention features a programme that will help people develop stronger bonds with friends, family members and, above all, with God.”
“Of the 49 presentations, highlights include an opportunity to learn from the perfect example of Jesus Christ, God’s ‘loyal one’, on Friday. On Saturday, we will be able to see what the Bible book of Job teaches us about loyalty, and on Sunday, a gripping feature-length film, bringing to life historic events that happened in Israel 2,700 years ago.”
“Everyone is welcome, even if it is just for an hour or two over the course of the weekend. We warmly invite all to come and benefit from the educational programme!”
The three day event will begin on 5th August 2016, at 9.20am each day. An estimated 8,000 from throughout the North West will come to the Echo Arena for the Bible-based programme. In the weeks prior to the event, 1000s of Jehovah’s Witnesses will be distributing personal invitations to their friends and neighbours.
ACC Liverpool will be one of 20 venues across Britain and among more than 1,000 internationally to host this programme. There are over 8,000,000 Witnesses in more than 115,000 congregations in 240 lands worldwide.
