Family Action hosts free seminars on inclusion for SEND children

NAHT’s charity partner, Family Action, is staging free training seminars to help those wishing to develop their inclusion practices for children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Topics cover what is meant by inclusion, how to adopt anti-discriminatory procedures, barriers to inclusion and action planning.

The three seminars are aimed at supporting schools, children’s centres and other childcare providers.

The first is being held at Atherton in Greater Manchester on 25 February and will feature guest speakers from St Bede Church of England Academy, Bolton.

See the flyer for this event here.

The second seminar will be on Monday 2 March at QE11 Jubilee School, Kennet Road, London W9 3LG and will feature Concept Training as guest speakers. For further information, visit www.learning-exchange.org.uk.  To book your place, email AskLEX@family-action.org.uk.
