Come along and discover the traditional woodland management technique of coppicing with our coppice worker – Twiggy! We will take a walk around the coppice, talk about how and why coppicing is done and then you can get stuck in and have a go yourself.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear sturdy footwear, waterproofs and outdoor clothes you don’t mind getting a little grubby. We will provide hot drinks at various points throughout the day but would recommend that people bring a packed lunch.
