As part of the Bioblitz weekend, the West Lancashire Borough Council Parks & Countryside Ranger Service will be hosting a free Dawn Chorus Walk led by local bird enthusiast Graham Clarkson.
We will leave the visitor centre at 4.30am and Graham will help to distinguish and identify the various birds singing their songs to welcome in the new day.
The walk will take in a wide area of the park and will last approximately 2 hours. This will be a first in a full program of public wildlife ID events that will run through until 12 noon.
Under 18s are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult 18+
