The Boy Who Bit Picasso comes to Accrington Library

Accrington Library will host a world premiere production on Saturday 23 May.

The curtain will go up at 1pm for the brand new family show, “The Boy Who Bit Picasso”.

The show has been created and directed by acclaimed producer Jake Oldershaw, co-founder of the innovative Untied Artists theatre company.

The production is based on the children’s book written by Antony Penrose and tells the true story of a friendship between a young boy and Pablo Picasso.

The interactive show uses a variety of hands-on art and craft activities, storytelling and music to involve the audience.

The family show is suitable for children aged four to eight.

Tickets cost £3 each for adults and £2 for children and concessions.
