Ever since the Beatles took the USA by storm in the early 1960s, there has been has been a healthy tradition of musical collaboration and exchange of ideas between American and British artists. Now, for the very first time, the world of family music is about follow suit. Songwriter and performer David Gibb has teamed up with three-time Grammy Nominee Brady Rymer to put together a very special tour, showcasing some of the best family music on either side of the Atlantic.

Entitled ‘Songs Across The Pond’, the tour will feature Gibb and Rymer performing on each other’s favourite songs, as well as some brand new compositions, which they’ve written and arranged together specially for the show. It will be Brady Rymer’s first time performing in the UK and also the first time two family musicians from different countries have collaborated in such a way.

David Gibb shared his enthusiasm about the launch of this new collaboration: “I’m really excited to be bringing Brady Rymer to the UK. I’ve been a big fan of his music for a long time and I know families over here are going to absolutely love him. It’s so important for children and their parents to have brilliant, high quality music to enjoy together, and Brady fits this bill perfectly!”

Both musicians have a talent for writing brilliant, engaging and tuneful songs that the whole family can enjoy together. Families will be introduced to a wide range of musical instruments and genres and, with plenty of chances to join in and singalong, this is a show that will have the whole family up and dancing in no time!

Brady Rymer added: “I instantly became a fan of David’s after hearing his charming and radiant album, Letters Through Your Door. What a sweet surprise to strike up a friendship, write a few tunes together and take this show on the road. Can’t wait to make my maiden voyage across the pond, join him on this cool musical adventure and share our music with kids and families in the UK!”
