Creative companies in Lancashire are encouraged to sign-up to an innovative and free online directory to showcase their skills to potential clients.
The online directory from Creative Lancashire is an effective way for any company to find the creative skills and expertise they need.
You can see the directory and companies can upload their own profile at directory.creativelancashire.org.
Since it was launched in 2016, the site has helped many companies to bring about new partnerships and collaborations, bring in new business and bring people together with the skills and services they need.
This directory has been produced by Creative Lancashire, a service provided by Lancashire County Council through its economic development company – Lancashire County Developments Ltd (LCDL).
Ed Matthews-Gentle from Creative Lancashire said: “If your company is part of the creative sector, then this directory can help you to attract new business.
“Over 500 business ranging from creative agencies, freelancers and those providing related professional services have signed up from across the creative sector. The value of this directory will further increase as more businesses sign up to it.
“Our aim is to link up companies, so a company from any sector looking for creative services can find what they’re looking for. On the directory people can search by specific types of business, the service they are looking for or location if you need to connect with someone in your area.
“All businesses are increasingly reliant on creative talent to further their business. We want to make it easier for people to find the creative services they need. We have a wealth of creative businesses here in Lancashire and it’s important to make the most of the potential that’s out there.”
The directory was designed and developed by Lancaster-based Hotfoot Design.
